Welcome to the Probus Club of Albany Creek.
We are a friendly, active and welcoming community for retirees who enjoy good company, interesting activities, and staying connected. Whether you are new to the area or simply looking to expand your circle of friends, our Club offers friendship, fun and fellowship in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Currently our membership is full with a long wait list. Unfortunately, for now, we are unable to accept any more Visitors or Enquiries about new memberships.
We will advise when we are open again for new member enquiries.
We offer you the opportunity to:
Join a network of friendly and interesting people
Go on tours to a wide range of captivating venues and intriguing places.
Join one of our activity groups that appeals to your particular interests.
Listen to a guest speaker at every general meeting talk on stimulating subjects.
Come along to our regular Club meeting as we meet on the first Thursday of each month (except January) at the Aspley Hornets Club at Carseldine at 10.00am
Attend our normal meetings where we regularly have a five-minute speaker (often one of our own) and an interesting external guest speaker with a high degree of expertise in their pet subject.
Join us for $20 (to join our waiting list), plus $35, for the annual fee once approved as a member. Meeting fees are $10 which covers the cost of room hire and morning tea.
Stay on for lunch as many of our members eat at the Hornets Club. The food is reasonably priced and the surroundings are welcoming.
