ABBA TRIBUTE

This is an ABBA eight piece tribute show and it will be held at the Caloundra RSL on the 12th May.

ABBA was a Swedish pop group formed in Stockholm in 1972. In 1973 they entered the Melodifestivalen, which is the Swedish selection for the Eurovision Song Contest and they sung “Ring Ring”. They finished third in the competition. The song Ring Ring became a big hit as a single and as part of an album; and as they say the rest is history.  They are one of the most popular and successful groups of all time.

Some of Abba’s hits included Waterloo, Dancing Queen, Super Trooper, Gimme Gimme, Knowing Me Knowing You, and Mamma Mia.
